Catering & Private Dining Frequently Asked Questions
How can I pay for my catering request or private dining experience?
Once we have fully confirmed your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order along with instructions to pay via Zelle or a secure payment link. Zelle is a bank-to-bank transfer and does not incur any fees. Fees are applicable if you use the payment link. A receipt will be emailed to you once payment is made. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Do you accept credit cards?
Our payment link system does allow you to pay with a debit or credit card. Please note that we do not take payment of any kind over the phone. Payment must be made via Zelle or online, using our secure payment link.
What if the menu items I want are not listed under the 5 pans for $500 special?
If you are not seeing the items you wish to order, it is likely because they are premium items and would incur an upcharge. Items such as crab, lobster tails, lamb chops, jamblaya, oxtails, and gumbo are considered premium items.
Can my pick-up catering order be delivered?
Yes, we can deliver your catering order for an additional charge depending on the delivery location.
Standard bookings for our private room are 4 hours at a time. Please let us know if your event requires additional time, and accommodations can be made for an additional charge.
How long can I book the private room for?
What comes with booking the private room?
Similar to booking an event space, the $500 room fee covers the exclusive use of our private dining space, which comfortably seats 25 people and can be fully closed off to the public. The room is furnished with upscale high-gloss wood tables, nice chairs, and tasteful decor. It also features a wall-mounted TV that can be used for music, slideshows, or streaming events. We will also include one mimosa tower for your party (a $65 value). Food is sold separately, and we offer a variety of catering options to fit your needs.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Decor such as balloons, flowers, or centerpieces is allowed. Please note that nothing can be taped or stuck to the wall. Please no glitter, confetti, or similar items that could create a mess on the floor.
Can I bring outside food?
The only outside food we allow is a celebratory cake or cupcakes. No other food, desserts, beverages, or alcohol is allowed in the restaurant.
What if I just want to book a general dining room reservation for my large party?
Our general dining room can only accommodate up to a party of 12 in one seating. Parties of 13 guests or more will need to book the private room if they wish to dine together. We do not allow multiple dining room reservations for the same party.
